I Hate Gyms II
Running- 15 mins on incline 12, about 8kmph. fecking knackered.
Cycling- 15km in 20 mins, 10km in the first 11km. 102-5rpm.
I swear my heart was going to implode.
Gyms are so depressing. its all numbers and no euphoria.
